First of all, students at our beauty school learn a natural, sustainable approach to beauty and self-care, which is not taught at non-Aveda beauty schools. Plant-based Aveda products are used in the classroom and the student salon.
Students are taught the latest beauty techniques from experienced professionals, and they benefit from many extracurricular activities, such as guest lecturers, unique certification opportunities, and visits to local beauty businesses.
Finally, we teach business, marketing, networking, and other business-related topics that we know are vital to our graduates’ success. Our owners developed this side of the curriculum to better prepare our students for life outside our school’s doors.
